In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the business. Ensuring the smooth running of the venue by working your magic behind the scenes. Must be able to work independently and use your initiative to keep things ticking along.
Depending on your experience you will work in an entry role or a more experienced role. In this role you will be working to ensure that each and every guest has an experience that is enjoyable and recommendable. Your duties can be varied, requiring you to adopt several duties ranging from cleaning to kitchen assistance and room set up.
To be considered for the job you should have:
- Experience in the hospitality industry as kitchen hand/porter, cleaning staff or in a similar role (preferred)
- Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
- Must be available at weekends and late-night finishes
- A high standard of presentation and grooming is essential
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- A relaxed and "can do" attitude
- Work well with a diverse team
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Above all a Positive attitude and passion for the industry!
- Minimum 3 months
- Working hours 24 - 40 hours per week
- Work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Valid Working Holiday Visa
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card
- Hourly gross wages $26.00
- Payment is done per week

Of course, you will fly directly into Sydney. To get to work you use public transport, walk or jump on a bike as all venues are easily reachable.
You can stay at any Hostel or get shared accommodation. Hostels go for between $150-200 per week and rooms in shared accommodation go for $200-350 per week.
