Our customer provides fun, safe and supportive care for primary school children as a completely independent Australian provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
They are looking for fabulous Educators that love to encourage kids to be active, learn and play. Their values dictate their culture as fun, nurturing, supportive and safe. Before and After School Care shifts are available in Sydney.
Started by two parents as a small homework club in 2013, the goal was to support families struggling to find quality care for their school aged children. Today its grown to have services in over 30 locations across NSW, including Sydney and surrounds, Newcastle and the Central Coast.
They are innovative, supportive and passionate about providing safe, fun and interesting activities for children in their care. They are continuing to grow and need more like-minded educators and leaders to join our team.
You will be working at schools and surrounding OSHC locations close to the schools. Our customer offers their OSHC service at 30 school locations across New South Wales, mostly in Sydney but also in Newcastle and the Central Coast.
You will work morning and afternoon shifts where you will have fun and guide kids during their OSHC activitities.

To be considered for the job you should
- Have fun while you learn more about working with children with an awesome group of other educators and fantastic team leaders
- Bring your own skills and interests to our team (creative and dramatic artists, musicians, sports-people, cooking enthusiasts, story-tellers, etc)
- Full-time/Part-time hours for before school, after school and school holiday sessions
- Be available for minimum 2-3 afternoons a week
- Attend paid training and induction sessions (ongoing training and mentoring available)
- Motivated and genuinely interested in working with children
- Positive, can-do attitude and capacity to work in a team
- Ability to be flexible and hard-working
- First aid in an education and care setting (desirable, not essential)
- Able to work at mutilple locations during the work week

- Working hours min 17.5 hrs. to max 27.5 hours per week
- Working hours are 7am-9.30am and 2.30-6pm daily (plenty of time for the beach ;-)

- Hourly gross wages $26.00 day-time
- Payment is done per week

You will fly into Sydney. The School locations are across Sydney and are all easily accessible by Public Transport.
You can stay at any Hostel or get shared accommodation. Hostels go for between $150-200 per week and rooms in shared accommodation go for $200-350 per week.

Flexible work hours in the morning and afternoon means you have most of the day off to enjoy as you see fit!
