Our client is securing workers for farm and fruit picking jobs across Tasmania. They provide a safe and positive working environment and provide ongoing work past the seasons for those who are commited and reliable.

The farms are based along the North West Coast of Tasmania, from Smithton to Deloraine and everywhere in between - simply pick an area that suits you and we'll get you started!
Our client is proving jobs across a wide range of Farm and harvesting work including fruit picking jobs, harvesting jobs, forklift jobs, dairy jobs, and more.
Below is a selection of the jobs:
- Cauliflower Planting & Harvest
- Onion grading (factory & intake)
- Broccoli Planting & Harvest
- Berry planting, harvest & packking
- Hemp planting & harvest
- Berry cane packing
- Apple Picking and packing
- Forrest tree planting
- Fork lift driver in packing shed
- General Farm work and maintenance
It all depends on the season when you arrive what work is available.
Farm work can be physical and in weather of all sorts - this means workers must be physically fit and mentally tough. This is a casual position - whilst there are no guarantee of hours, we work hard towards shifts being regular and consistent, and provide options to work across various farms to top up hours if desired.
Ongoing work is an option for those who show they are committed and reliable.
To be considered you also must:
- Have a current driver's license
- Own your own reliable transport
- Must be available 7 days a week on a rotating roster (nut not necesassarily work every day)
- Must have a can-do attitude, energetic, positive mindset and attention to detail
- Previous farming experience looked upon favourably, but not essential if you are willing to learn and take constructive feedback
- Working hours 40 hours per week
- Valid Working Holiday Visa
- Hourly rates of $ 26,73 +Super (L1 Horticulture Award 2020)
- Weekly pay
Tasmania has several airports, with Hobart, Launceston and Devonport airports serviced regularly from mainland urban centres. The vast majority of flights come from Melbourne and Sydney, however, direct flights also arrive regularly from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth also flying direct to Tasmania.
Accommodation is available at own costs.
You can stay at any Hostel or get shared accommodation. Please note that accommodation eeds to be pre-booked before you leave to Tasmania. It can get busy and Hostels can fill up during this time.
